Bbq Blues Restaurant

Everything was pretty much amazing. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was served food that sat under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. I find it common for BBQ joints to serve heat lamp meat/food (including fried Okra in this case) after 7PM so this was no surprise. Any joint that comes out and says the food they are about to serve came from under a heat lamp, yet I still order it, gets 5 stars. It's unfortunate, but it happens. If I go back, it will be during prime time to make sure I get fresh, hot food.

A very funky BBQ joint. We did the sampler with 3 sides. The meats were good, but they were better sauced than not sauced. Meaning the meats were a little dry and not much of a smoke favor. The sides were the Collar Greens, Mac and Cheese and Sweet Potatoe casserole. The Sweet Potato casserole was by far the best.

This place was amazing! We had only heard great things, and I have to say, it did not disappoint! We got the jumbo sampler and it was mouth watering good! I loved the whole atmosphere of it all, and the price was definitely reasonable! We will most definitely be back again. Best bbq we’ve had.

On our way back from the WWII museum our bus driver stopped here for dinner. Again another BBQ place serving pulled pork and brisket with a macaroni salad that was on Diners and Dives. The food was excellent as for the experience, it was also a blues place even though they weren’t playing on a Monday so I’ve heard by the locals there quite good. The line for the food was out the door, as for the building, it as the name describes a shed, it a walk to the restrooms and they are unique, shower curtains for the toilet doors, hay what the heck they can see it’s occupied by your shoes and the toilets do flush.

I absolutely love this place. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and as you can see the view is spectacular. The staff at this place is also top notch. If you get there early enough definitely try the pig wings. They sell out quickly so go early.

We heard great things about The Shed BBQ so had to try it out. In my mind, this is what a Bbq joint should be: meat, sides, beer and great music. We were not disappointed. We ordered the Original Sampler and loved the potato salad, slaw and okra, along with all 7 meats, especially the brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sausage. We took other's advice and got the sauce on the side. It was excellent, and exactly what we were hungry for. Keep up the fantastic work!

Have always wanted to try this place since seeing it on Triple D. Made the drive over as we were already on the coast. The place is super eclectic and has such a unique feel when you walk in. We ordered to do as we were in some what of a time crunch. I ordered the beef brisket, and my wife had the short ribs. Also ordered the serious sausage link. All the food was great, but the brisket was outstanding! Also decided to mix the sausage link with G-Maws baked been and it was amazing as well! Worth the drive and hope to sit in and take in some music the next time around. As good as advertised!
