Bbq Blues Restaurant

Everything was pretty much amazing. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was served food that sat under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. I find it common for BBQ joints to serve heat lamp meat/food (including fried Okra in this case) after 7PM so this was no surprise. Any joint that comes out and says the food they are about to serve came from under a heat lamp, yet I still order it, gets 5 stars. It's unfortunate, but it happens. If I go back, it will be during prime time to make sure I get fresh, hot food.

A very funky BBQ joint. We did the sampler with 3 sides. The meats were good, but they were better sauced than not sauced. Meaning the meats were a little dry and not much of a smoke favor. The sides were the Collar Greens, Mac and Cheese and Sweet Potatoe casserole. The Sweet Potato casserole was by far the best.

This place was amazing! We had only heard great things, and I have to say, it did not disappoint! We got the jumbo sampler and it was mouth watering good! I loved the whole atmosphere of it all, and the price was definitely reasonable! We will most definitely be back again. Best bbq we’ve had.
